warranty on all our products and
services, as of March 2012 we
will be offering all our customers extended
warranty packages, check back
for more info.
What's
Covered?
We cover breakdown of all
equipment and services provided
by MediaKings for a period of 12
months as standard.
If you believe you have a
fault please call on 0800 228
9594 and someone will diagnose
the problem, if it can't be rectified over the
phone an appointment will be
booked.
We cover replacement of
faulty parts, call out and labour,
so you have nothing to
pay.
Once you have reported the
fault we will organise to
visit you within 2 working days
to rectify the problem, sooner where available.
If we replace parts they will
be new and not refurbished,
the new parts will have a 12
month warranty from the date of fitting.
Some items such as PVRs, TV's
and electrical goods if
supplied by MediaKings may need
to be sent for a manufacturer repair, if so we
will happily deal with this for
you.
You also get our continued
support if you need any help
or advice, we can help you with
your TV controls and retuning the TV or
receiver box.
What's Not Covered?
If our installation or repair
has been damaged or
tampered with in any way we may
charge you a call out fee to rectify the
problem.
Unfortunately we can not
cover you for things such as
lightning strikes or severe
weather as this is beyond our control, however we
will not charge you the full
installation price to rectify the damage.
We can not cover any work
carried out by yourself or any
other third party, if you do
want to carry out any work on your system please
consult us for free
advice.
